Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveying apparatus and electronic component inspection apparatus, capable of positioning electronic components in holders while minimizing damage to the electronic components.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveying apparatus includes holders for holding electronic components, each holder having a first flow channel for a fluid to flow and a second flow channel separate from the first flow channel, which are configured such that an angle between a first vector representing a flow of the fluid flowing through the first flow channel and a second vector representing a flow of the fluid flowing through the second flow channel is neither 0 degree nor 180 degrees. Preferably, the angle between the first vector and the second vector is 90 degrees. Each of the first and second flow channels preferably has an injection unit for injecting the fluid such that the fluid is injected by the injection unit to position the electronic component in the holder.
