Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating hypochlorite solution resistance, capable of evaluating the hypochlorite solution resistance of a resin material in a short time and having high practicability.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating hypochlorite solution resistance, capable of evaluating the resistance of a resin material to a hypochlorite solution comprises: the boss preparation step of injection molding a resin material to prepare a test boss 10 having 2.5-7 mm of an inner diameter of a screw hole 10a; the test piece preparation step of screwing a tapping screw 20 made of a specific material into the test boss 10 at a determined torque set value to prepare a test piece; and the evaluation step of immersing the whole test piece into a hypochlorite solution adjusted at a temperature of 40-60°C to evaluate the hypochlorite solution resistance. A screw having the maximum diameter of a shaft 21 being 1.2-1.4 times of a hole diameter of the screw hole 10a of the test boss 10 is used as the tapping screw 20.
