To provide an electronic component holder connector capable of easily incorporating a contact spring to a holder and obtaining sufficient holding power of the contact spring.

The electronic component holder connector comprises the holder for holding electronic components, and a coil-like contact spring projected to the inside and outside of the bottom part of the holder and held, whose inner side end part is conducted to the electrode terminal of the electronic component and outer side end part is conducted to an external substrate. The holder comprises a frame-like holder main body composed of an elastic insulating material, a flange formed inwards at the upper end peripheral edge of the holder main body, a bottom plate provided integrally with the holder main body and composed of an insulating material with higher elasticity compared to the holder main body, a through-hole provided on the bottom plate, and a flange part formed inwards along the inner periphery of the through-hole. The contact spring is inserted to the through-hole and the contact spring is held at the flange part.
