The electronic component has a step relaxing layer 101 for relaxing a step formed between the thin-film insulating layers 82 and the thin-film conductive patterns 85 in the laminate, and the step relaxing layer has a protrusion 103 toward the thin-film conductive patterns 85 and part of the protrusion closely contacts with the thin-film conductive patterns.
