Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a current flowing a motor driven by an H bridge circuit.SOLUTION: A motor driver device 1 includes an H bridge circuit 3 for driving a motor 2 equipped on a vehicle, a current detection circuits 4 and 5, and a drive control unit 6. The current detection circuit 4 detects a current, flowing the path from a node N1 of the H bridge circuit 3 to a terminal M1 of the motor 2, and outputs a current detection signal Sa corresponding to the current. The current detection circuit 5 detects a current, flowing the path from the other node N2 of the H bridge circuit 3 to a terminal M2 of the motor 2, and outputs a current detection signal Sb corresponding to the current. The drive control unit 6 detects a current flowing the motor 2 based on the current detection signals Sa and Sb, controls the operation of the H bridge circuit 3 based on the detected current value, and controls electric conduction from a power line Lb to the motor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
