Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a reactor without installing either one of a temperature sensor or a humidity sensor.SOLUTION: An ECU 2 controls a reactor 3 that generates discharge between an electrode 31 and an electrode 32. The ECU 2 acquires information indicating a resonance frequency f of LC resonance generated in the reactor 3 after the discharge. The ECU 2 acquires information indicating a temperature Ta of the air in piping 140 having the reactor 3 installed therein. Based on the resonance frequency f and the temperature Ta, the ECU 2 estimates the humidity Ha of the air in the piping 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
