Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly read/write information, to reduce power consumption and to prolong the life of an electronic equipment.
SOLUTION: In an information processing method parallel performing a task having processing accessing a floppy disk 11 and the task having no processing accessing it, a flag indicating that its task is executing is set whenever the task having the processing accessing it is started newly, and when the task is ended, the corresponded flag is reset. Then, when even any flag among these flags is set, a command rotating a motor 12 is supplied, and the access to the floppy disk 11 is made possible. On the other hand, when any flag isn't set, the rotation of the motor 12 is stopped.
