The electronic paper Pa has: a distance computing part 16a which computes a distance between its own electronic paper and another electronic paper; an importance obtaining part 17a which obtains the importance I of documents displayed on its own electronic paper and the importance I of documents displayed on another electronic paper; and a display control part 18a which controls the swap of the documents displayed on its own electronic paper with the documents displayed on another electronic paper to display the documents in descending order of importance, starting from the documents on its own electronic paper, according to the distance between its own electronic paper and another electronic paper, the distance being computed by the distance computing part 16a, on the basis of the importance of the documents displayed on the two sheets of electronic paper, the importance being obtained by the importance obtaining part 17a.
