Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably electronic parts attached with taped axial leads and have different shapes to the supplying port of an automatic inserting machine under constant torque.
CONSTITUTION: In this electronic parts feeder which winds taped leads 40 of electronic parts having different shapes around a reel 13, supports the reel 13 rotatably at the horizontal section 11a of its main body 11, and supplies the tape 40 wound around the reel 13 to the supplying port 2 of an automatic parts inserting machine 1 through guide rollers 15, 17, and 18, a control mechanism 20 which controls the slackness of the tape 40 between the reel 13 and roller 15 is installed at the horizontal section 11a of the main body 11.
