Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic portable apparatus which is driven by generated power and can operate for a long time by reducing waste current consumed in parts other than a drive circuit or whose size and weight can be reduced by reducing the size and weight of a power supply means constituted of a generating means, a step-up circuit, etc., and which can maintain a drive time equivalent to a conventional apparatus, even if supplied power is reduced.
SOLUTION: This electronic portable apparatus is constituted of a power supply means 10 which supplies power, an accumulating means 40 in which the power of the power supply means 10 is accumulated, a drive circuit 50 which is driven by the power of the power supply means 10 as well as the power accumulated in the accumulating means 40, a switching means 20 provided in a charging route through which the power of the power supply means 10 is accumulated in the accumulating means 40, and a control circuit 30, which compares the voltage of the charging route before the switching means 20 is closed and the voltage of the charging route after the switching means 20 is closed with each other, and when it is detected that the voltage of the charging route before the switching means 20 is closed is higher than the voltage after the switching means 20 is closed, switching means 20 is turned on to accumulate the power of the power supply means 10 in the power accumulating means 40, but when it is detected that the voltage of the charging route before the switching means 20 is closed is lower, the switching means 20 is turned off to prevent the accumulated power from flowing back from the accumulating means 40 to the power supply means 10.
