Abstract:
To provide an electronic stethoscope which allows an auscultator to hear a biological sound at a low signal level in a case where a sound at a high signal level propagated in the body of an auscultation subject such as a crying voice of a baby is superimposed on the biological sound at a low signal level.SOLUTION: A microphone 3 disposed inside a sound collecting part 1 converts a biological sound to a biological sound signal. Whether the biological sound includes a noise or not is determined by comparison with a preset threshold by a determination part 4. In a case where a noise is included, a signal output part 5 is controlled to interrupt output of the biological sound signal, or output the biological signal at a lowered signal level. A period including a noise can be interpolated with a signal in a period including no noise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
