Abstract:

To provide an electronic manuscript sending management device and its control method, as well as an electronic manuscript sending management system and program, which can efficiently receive print requests.

The electronic manuscript sending management server 301 stores a print information management table which manages print information including the state of print information in relation to print requests. The server receives novel print information from a request terminal 100 via a network 400. When there are other print plans of other prints in a print plan which satisfies the print based on this new print information, the server determines the state of the existing print information corresponding to the other prints with reference to the print information management table. Based on the determination result, the server changes print plan information which indicates print plans of unpaid prints to print plan information which indicates the print plan of the new print.
