To provide an electronic weighing device that prevents sample contamination and obtains the data of an amount of adsorption of only hydrogen or an amount of occlusion thereof.

The device is configured with a hydrogen permeable film that makes only hydrogen permeate through a part of a sample container, when measuring, especially the amount of adsorption of hydrogen or the amount of occlusion thereof. The part of the sample container formed with the hydrogen permeable film can prevent pollutants, such as oxygen, steam, carbon monoxide, or sulfurous acid gas, from infiltrating into the sample container, even if the sample container is exposed to the outside air after sample packaging. Further, the part can prevent adhesion of gases other than the hydrogen remaining in the pressurized container during the measurement. This results in high-accuracy measurement data of the amount of adsorption of hydrogen or the amount of occlusion thereof to various samples.
