To solve the problem, wherein because the conventional measurement pins have a shape for driving piles in the border line of land or a road which is embedded as a mark, the conventional measurement pins cannot be used for a place where the border line is on a marshy place or a river, or on a public road, such as city roads, prefectural roads, and federal roads, and there is no method for anyone to clearly specify easily.

The measurement pins is locked by pile or adhesive seal of the back side so as to mount obviously on the road, but also an electric pole, a side strip, and a wall surface, where attribute information and figures are stuck to the body. The measurement pins may be placed separately, and only checking the pins enables recognition of the borderline and the points of embedded materials by only a measuring tape.
