To provide an electrooptic device which is miniaturized and made into high definition as a whole while a mounting area on a substrate of a liquid crystal device etc. is secured widely to some extent.
The electrooptic device comprises a substrate; a plurality of pixel parts disposed in an image display region on the substrate and respectively driven based on driving signals; a plurality of terminals arranged in one polygonal region positioned in a part along one side of the image display region in a peripheral region positioned on the periphery of the image display region on the substrate along a plurality of sides in the one region; and one mounted component mounted on at least a portion of the plurality of terminals and supplying the driving signals to the plurality of pixel parts through at least a portion of the terminals.
