Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor using short- wavelength light as a light source for writing, having high resolution and high image quality at the wavelength of the light source and excellent also in durability and to provide a process cartridge using the photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device.
SOLUTION: The laminate type electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by successively disposing an electric charge generating layer and an electric charge transferring layer on an electrically conductive substrate directly or by way of a middle layer is irradiated with semiconductor laser light having 390-460 nm wavelength as light for writing. The electric charge transferring layer consists essentially of an electric charge transferring material and a filler having 0.01 to <0.5 μm average primary particle diameter and 0.05 to <0.5 μm average particle diameter.
