Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic molded article by which the molded article can be inexpensively and highly accurately manufactured even when the molded article with a thick or uneven shape is manufactured and a mold for injection molding of it.
SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the plastic molded article of the present invention which manufactures the plastic molded article by using the mold for injection molding which has at least one transfer face on the face of a cavity which forms the cavity with a specified volume and transfers the transfer face by the pressure of a resin generated in the cavity, a molten resin is injected and filled into the mold heated at the softening temperature of the molten resin or lower and when the molten resin is cooled to a temperature lower than the softening temperature, a gap is formed on a non-transfer face side being a cavity face other than the transfer face in the cavity and this gap is forcibly cooled to cool also the non-transfer face brought into contact with the gap.
