An electrophotographic toner and a developer, a powder paint material, an inkjet ink, an electret fiber and wax-coating pigment granules (the coating pigment material granules have 0.05-5 mm particle size and contain 1-50 wt.% of a wax based on the whole weight base of the coating paint granules) as a coloring agent in a color filter are brought to be included in a binder of the toner or the powder paint material.
