Abstract:
To provide an electrostatic charge image developer capable of reproducing a stable high quality image over a long period and excellent in anti-offset property, powder fluidity, anti-blocking property, rubbing image strength or the like, and an image forming method using the same.
When the developer is composed of a toner and a carrier and the toner contains a binder resin, a coloring agent and a lubricant, the lubricant contains a polyethylene based wax having 5-12dmm degree of needle penetration and ≤15cPs melting viscosity at 130°C. The volume resistivity of the carrier under 103V/cm impressed voltage is 106-1012Ωcm.
