Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an element for a heat exchanger which can be simply and firmly fabricated by arranging partition wall materials produced by only cutting out a sheet such as paper or synthetic paper to a specified size to be merely assembled alternately with spacers integrally molded by a synthetic resin.
SOLUTION: A plurality of ridges 2... are arranged parallel on the top surfaces of frame plates 1 as spaced at a specified interval to integrally mold a spacer A having fluid passages 3... formed between the ridges by a synthetic resin material. The spaces A thus obtained are stacked alternately varying the direction thereof by the right angle. Then, thin flat partition sheets 4... made of a hygroscopic martial are interposed between the spacers A....
