To provide an elevating step capable of preventing a fixing bolt from falling off.

This elevating step has: an approximately U-shaped bracket 3 which is welded and fixed to a steel frame 2 of a building; a frame-shaped step body 20 which serves as a stepping part; a fixed piece 30 which serves as an inverted U-shaped hook member 21 fixed to a rear surface of the step body 20 and is fixed to the step body 20; and a locking piece 31 which is detachably attached, from above, to a holding space 12 formed of the steel frame 2 and the bracket 3. The elevating step is equipped with: the hook member 21 in which a fixing internal thread 37 is formed in an extension part 36 extended below the bracket 3 of the locking piece 31, and in which a fall-off regulating internal thread 35 is formed in a facing part 34, facing the extension part 36 of the fixed piece 30, in such a manner as to be coaxial with the internal thread 37; and the fixing bolt 22 which is shorter than a gap between the extension part 36 and the facing part 34, and whose end has an external thread 32 capable of being sequentially screwed into both the internal threads 35 and 37.
