Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating type auto-screen which is free from defective raking of refuse, and simple in structure.
SOLUTION: According to the structure of the elevating type auto-screen, U-shaped rails 2, 2 which are each formed of an upstream rail 4 and a downstream rail 3 in upper and lower double stages, are arranged on both sides of a front surface of a screen 1, and lower portions of the upstream rails 4 communicate with lower portions of the downstream rails 3, 3 via switching rooms 4a, respectively, and upper portions of the downstream rails 3, 3 communicate with the upstream rails 4, 4 via check valve-like route switching pieces 10, 10, respectively. Further, traveling wheels 6, 6, 6, 6 of a carriage 5 having a slidably elevating/lowering rake 7, are inserted into the U-shaped rails 2.
