Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of interphone call due to rewriting of a remote program of an elevator communication part in an elevator device.SOLUTION: An elevator remote monitoring device 200 comprises: an interphone call part 220 for performing voice call with an interphone 313 in a car 320 of an elevator device 300; a program sending part 210 for sending a program of an elevator communication part 310 in the elevator device through a communication network 110; and a call state management database 230 for storing a call state between the interphone call part 220 and the interphone. The program sending part refers to a call state of the call state management database 230, and sends the program in a call disconnection state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
