Abstract:
To provide an elevator that increases the degree of freedom of the water level detected by a float switch and improves the workability of installation and maintenance.SOLUTION: There is provided an elevator comprising an elevating body that moves up and down in a hoistway 1, a guide rail that extends vertically in the hoistway to guide the elevating body up and down, a float switch that detects flooding in the hoistway, and a bracket that houses the float switch in an internal space. The bracket is fixed to the back surface of the guide rail on the side opposite to the side that guides the elevating body in a pit provided at the bottom of the hoistway.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
