Abstract:
To provide an embedded magnet type rotor capable of reducing torque fluctuation while ensuring motor torque and to provide a manufacturing method of the same capable of obtaining the same and capable of reducing torque fluctuation while ensuring motor torque.SOLUTION: As viewed from an axial direction of a rotor core 21, the thickness of a wall 34, which is a portion of a first hole 31 of a U-shaped magnet hole 24 between an inner surface 31a on the outer periphery side of the rotor core 21 and an outer periphery surface 21a of the rotor core 21, is set so that the thickness of the wall 34 becomes progressively thinner from the inside of the U-shape of the magnet hole 24 to the outside of the U-shape of the magnet hole 24. The thickness of a wall 35, which is a portion between an inner surface 32a of the outer circumference side of the rotor core 21 and the outer circumference surface 21a of the rotor core 21 in a second hole 32 of the magnet hole 24, is also set so that the thickness of the wall 35 becomes progressively thinner from the inner U-shaped side of the magnet hole 24 to the outer U-shaped outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
