Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency cut-off device for a fluid channel that suppresses a water hammer phenomenon.SOLUTION: When acceleration is applied to a weight 32, the weight 32 falls, a support member 33 connected with the weight 32 is detached, racks 133a and 133b are moved by springs 14a and 14b and a driven gear 15 is rotated. The driven gear 15 rotates a valve element 23 of a valve 2 into a cut-off state. Communication parts 134a and 134b formed in pistons 13a and 13b function as throttles and by restricting the movement of oil filled the inside of a cylinder chamber 110, moving speeds of the racks 133a and 133b are restricted. Rotation speed of the valve element 23 is made smooth and the occurrence of the water hammer phenomenon is suppressed.
