Abstract:
To provide an emulsifier system affording a smooth silky skin touch, and also highly stabilizing the emulsion.
The emulsifier system includes a high-molecular weight organo-modified polysiloxane having a dispersion index of 1.6 for a cosmetic and pharmaceutical oil-in-water type emulsion. The cosmetic and pharmaceutical oil-in-water type emulsion and cosmetic and pharmaceutical composition are provided.
