Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of an enamel wire conductor, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of an enamel wire which can manufacture the enamel wire conductor and the enamel wire by suppressing an increase of a site cost and a facility cost without installing an annealing mechanism, or suppressing an increase of a manufacturing cost of the enamel wire conductor and the enamel wire.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of an enamel wire conductor including a process for rolling a cross section of the conductor to an even-number angular shape having six angles or more, and a process for forming the conductor having the even-number angular shape into a disc circular shape or a flat angular shape, and a manufacturing method of an enamel wire. There are also provided a manufacturing device of the enamel conductor having an even-number angle forming machine including a pair of rolling rolls for rolling the cross section of the conductor into the even-number angular shape having six angles or more, and a wire elongation die for elongating the even-number angular conductor, and a manufacturing device of the enamel wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
