Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [X is 2W5C alkylene or group of formula II; Y is dialkylamino or group of formula IIIWformula V; Z is H (the dotted line is C-C bond) or halogen (the dotted line is not C-C bond)] and its acid addition salt.
EXAMPLE: N-β-dimethylaminoethyl endo-cis-3,6-endo cyclopropylene-Δ4-tetrahydro- 1,2-phthalic acid amide.
USE: A drug having antiarhythmic action, bronchodilating action, anticholine action and muscle relaxing action.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula I wherein Z is H can be produced e.g. by reacting 3,6-endocyclopropylene-Δ4-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride with an amine of formula H2N-X-Y.
