Abstract:
To provide an endoscope auxiliary device detachably attached thereto by simple operation and capable of providing an operator of the endoscope with a view filed looking down at a treatment region.SOLUTION: The endoscope auxiliary device includes: a cap detachably attached to a tip end of an endoscope; a slider being slidable along a tube of the endoscope mounted thereto; a plurality of arms that is provided between the cap and the slider and that takes a first position in which, when the slider approaches to the cap, tip ends back away from the tube of the endoscope, and a second position in which, when the slider backs away from the cap, the tip ends approach to the tube of the endoscope; a plurality of imaging parts attached to the tip ends of the plurality of arms such that, when the tip ends take the first position, the endoscope captures the image of the treatment region; and a light source that applies light to the treatment region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
