Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an endoscope of endoscope covering system in which flare caused by the incidence of illuminating light on an observation optical system is prevented and halation is not caused, which is easily inserted in the body cavity of a patient and does not inflict pain on the patient by simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: An observing lens 45 and an illuminating lens 46 are installed on the side surface of an endoscope tip constitution part 44, and the projecting end faces of an imaging device 47 and a light guide 48 are installed at positions opposed to the lenses 45 and 46 inside the constitution part 44, then the outer surfaces of the lenses 45 and 46 are made nearly the same surface. The light guide 48 is inserted through an insertion part so as to transmit the illuminating light supplied from a light source device and radiate it to a side part through the lens 46. The imaging device 47 forms an object image by the illuminating light through the lens 45. An energizing member 49 consisting of an elastic member, for instance, rubber is installed on an inner wall opposed to a transparent cover 43 inside a cover tip constitution part 31.
