PURPOSE: To prevent effectively Moire stripes from appearing in a photographed image of a film, etc., which has an array in stripes, etc., by providing a driving means which oscillates and forms an optical image at a specific image- formation position, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 23 is excited so that the magnetic poles of a permanent magnet 22 rotates clockwise and counterclockwise recirpocally at an extremely small angle, and a lens 16 is oscillated together with the permanent magnet 22 at an extremely small angle as shown by an arrow A; and the optical image formed on the film 16 by said lens 16 is oscillated finely at right angles to the stripe direction of the film. The optical image formed on the film 18 is oscillated within a fine range, so deterioration in the quality of a photographed picture is prevented. The direction of the oscillatory displacement of the formed optical image is at right angles to the direction of stripes and coincides with the direction where Moire stripes are generated possibly, so the generation of the Moire stripes is eliminated by the sufficiently small oscillatory displacement.
