An endoscope image diagnosis support device includes: a three-dimensional image data acquisition unit 11 for acquiring a three-dimensional image data of a subject, a tubular tissue shape data acquisition unit 12 for extracting and acquiring tubular tissue shape data showing the shape of tubular tissue in the subject from the three-dimensional image data acquired by the three-dimensional image data acquisition unit 11; an endoscope route data acquisition unit 13 for acquiring an endoscope path data showing the path of the endoscope inserted into the subject; and a matching unit 14 for matching of the tubular tissue shape data and the endoscope path data.
