When a recorded energy consumption value indicated by a frame filled with oblique lines exceeds a target energy consumption value indicated by a frame not filled with oblique lines, a time zone for subtracting the exceeding portion from the target value is selected, and a target value in the selected time zone is changed. As a result, target pattern data, indicating target values set in respective time zones, is corrected, by changing the distribution of target values in the respective time zones, without changing the total value obtained by summing up target values in the management section as whole. According to such a correction, the facility equipment is supplied with the necessary energy without fail.
