This energy regenerating device for a suspension device includes a deforming body fitted between a chassis spring of the suspension device so as to be deformed by compression and extension of the chassis spring, a plurality of piezoelectric elements built in the deforming body and electrically connected to each other, a rectifier electrically connected to the piezoelectric element to rectify energy generated by the piezoelectric element, and a battery electrically connected to the rectifier to store electric energy.
