PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving system to recycle the waste heat from a manufacturing factory of a carbonated beverage including beer which is divided into production stages having the cooling process and the heating process, performs the energy balance in each stage, and improves the energy efficiency. SOLUTION: An energy-saving system comprises a heater 15a to output hot water obtained by introducing the waste heat from a factory to a heating process 13 and a cooler 20a to output the cold brine to a cooling process 10a by introducing the waste heat from the heating process 13 in a final production stage comprising the cooling process 10a, a carbonation process 11a to pressure- feed gaseous carbon dioxide into cooled raw water, a bottling (or canning) process 12, the heating process 13 after the bottling or canning, and a packaging process 14.
