PURPOSE: To effectively utilize surplus energy, by a method wherein surplus high temperature air in a fluidized-bed type incineration equipment is introduced to a rotary kiln type waste incineration equipment.
CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed type incineration equipment 1 comprises a fluidized furnace 2, and an exhaust line 7 for exhausting high temperature combustion exhaust gas, flowing from the fluidized furnace 2, to the open air, in order, through a heat exchanger 3, a cyclone 4, a dry type dust collector 5 and a cleansing tower 6. The high temperature combustion exhaust gas, flowing through the fluidized furnace 2, imparts the heat to a fresh air through the working of the heat exchanger 3, and is exhausted to the open air through the exhaust line 7. A part of the high temperature air, to which the heat is imparted through the working of the heat exchanger 3, is fed to the fluidized furnace 2 where it is used as the air for combustion, and the rest is supplied to a rotary kiln type incinerator 12 to use it as the air for combustion as well.
