To provide an engine exhaust gas purification device, which reduces or eliminates the need for electric power required to raise the pressure of EGR gas, which is extracted from an upstream side of an exhaust turbosupercharger to be used for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), after cleaning treatment by an exhaust gas cleaning unit.
The engine exhaust gas purification device 1 for reducing or eliminating air pollutants in exhaust gas exhausted from a main engine 10 including an exhaust turbosupercharger 20 includes: an exhaust gas cleaning device 70 for performing cleaning treatment of a part of exhaust gas introduced as EGR gas from an exhaust system L1 on an upstream side from a turbine part 21 of the exhaust turbosupercharger 20; and a recirculation exhaust turbosupercharger 60 for raising the pressure of the EGR gas which has passed through the exhaust gas cleaning device 70 by a recirculation compressor part 62 coaxial with a recirculation turbine part 61 disposed on the upstream side from the exhaust gas cleaning device 70 and driven by use of the EGR gas.
