To obtain an engine fuel ignition device highly accurately detecting a solenoid current and making control of a fuel injection module highly accurate by providing a bias circuit in a solenoid current detecting means.
The fuel injection device comprises the fuel injection module having a function of sucking, pressurizing and injecting fuel though reciprocation of a plunger caused by energizing a solenoid 9, various sensors 20 for detecting an engine operation state, a control unit comprised of a microcomputer 2 which gives a driving signal to the fuel injection module according to the engine operation state, and an electric current detecting means including an operational amplifier 8 for detecting the solenoid current. A bias current is beforehand passed through the current detecting means from a bias power source 15 to stabilize a current value before energization and make the detection of an energizing current of the fuel injection module highly accurate.
