Abstract:
PURPOSE: To check any abnormal pressure rise in a lubricating route attendant upon opening or closing a solenoid valve as well as to make an inexpensive two-port and two-position type usable as this solenoid valve even in the case where a fixed displacement type plunger pump is used as an oil pump.
CONSTITUTION: This engine lubricator is made up of installing an oil tank 22, a lubricating route 23 extending from this tank 22 and leading to an oil supply part (inlet pipe 25) of an engine 1, an oil pump 24 being connected to a point midway in this lubricating route 23 and feeding the oil supply part of the engine 1 with oil, a return route 25 being branched off out on the downstream side of this oil pump 24 and connected to the upstream side of the oil pump 24, a solenoid valve 26 opening or closing this return route 25, and a control means 27 controlling the opening of this valve 26 according to a driving condition of the engine 1, respectively.
