To provide an inhibitor effective for inhibiting enterokinesis sthenia activity caused by a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory, and to provide an antiinflammatory pharmaceutical composition of which the enterokinesis sthenia activity is reduced.
This inhibitor is effective for inhibiting the enterokinesis sthenia activity caused by the nonsteroidal antiinflammatory, such as indomethacin, diclofenac sodium, and ibuprofen, wherein the inhibitor contains tiquizium bromide or scopolamine butylbromide as an active ingredient. The antiinflammatory pharmaceutical composition contains the nonsteroidal antiinflammatory and the tiquizium bromide or the scopolamine butylbromide, so that the enterokinesis sthenia activity of the pharmaceutical composition is reduced or eliminated.
