PURPOSE: To confirm locking and release in a noncontact manner by indicating locking and release while giving the indication to inform by a voice when a cryptographic number input by a transmission card coincides with a registered number and conducting locking and release operation when there is a person in front of a door.
CONSTITUTION: When the locking and release switch of a wireless transmission card 11 is operated, a transmission packet including a cryptographic number and a locking and release indication is transmitted. The packet is forwarded to a cryptographic-number comparison section 3 through a reception section 12, the cryptographic number input is compared with a registered number, and a release indication is transmitted over an electric-lock control section 4 only when both numbers coincide. The state of locking and release is informed from a voice informing section 13 by the change of the locking and release monitor signal of an electric lock 5. Locking and release operation is indicated to the control section 4 when the presence of a person in front of a door is detected by a human-body detecting section 14, and locking and release operation is inhibited when the presence of the person is not detected.
