PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high wakefulness during work by providing both of an illumination apparatus for illuminating alternately in a standard illumination intensity period for providing the intensity of illumination suitable for work and a high illumination intensity period for providing the intensity of illumination higher than the foregoing intensity and a stimulus apparatus for changing temperature, humidity, wind, sound, vibration, aroma, and the like.
SOLUTION: An illumination apparatus 2, an air conditioner 3, an aroma generator 4, and a vibration generator 5 are set under the control of a controller 1 to which a timer 10 is connected. The illumination apparatus 2 can illuminate selectively with the intensity suitable for work and the intensity about 1.5 times or preferably twice as high as the above intensity. By the control of the controller 1, a standard illumination intensity period for providing the intensity suitable for work and a high illumination intensity period for providing the higher intensity are alternately selected. Thus, deterioration, which is caused when people get accustomed to the state, in wakening effect obtained in the high illumination intensity period can be prevented, so that the high wakefulness can be maintained for a long period.
