Abstract:
To provide an environmental control system and the like that can further appropriately maintain or improve a user's concentration level.SOLUTION: An environmental control system 500 includes a lighting device 100 that adjusts the amount of external light, and a server device 200 that controls the lighting device 100. The server device 200 is provided with a determination unit 201 for determining a work state of a user based on a detection result of the user, and a signal generation unit 202 for outputting a control signal for controlling the lighting device 100 based on a result of the determination. The control signal causes (a) the external light to be supplied at a first light quantity when the user's work starts; (b) the external light to be supplied at a second light quantity greater than the first light quantity when the user's work is not being performed; and (c) the external light to be supplied at a light quantity greater than the first light quantity and less than the second light quantity when a user's concentration level during the work is equal to or less than a first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
