Communication equipment 2 is provided with an IC tag communication part 23 for storing disassembly/recycle information related with equipment 1, and for communicating with an information storage medium(IC tag) 10 applied to the equipment 1 and an output part 25 for outputting the disassembly/recycle information acquired from the IC tag 10 to a display device or the like. The disassembly/recycle information includes information related with the disassembly method of the equipment 1 and the material information of the respective parts of the equipment 1 disassembled according to the disassembly method. A user disassembles the equipment 1 according to the disassembly method while viewing the disassembly/recycle information displayed at the display device, and discriminates the respective parts of the equipment 1 for every material according to the material information, and collects the recyclable parts.
