Title:
EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR INSERTING THIN WIRES INTO TUBE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3723639
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy execution of a uniform operation of equiangular insertion of thin wires by a method wherein a plurality of bobbins whereon the thin wires are wound are so provided on a fitting surface as to be at equal angles to each other and a spiral wire is stretched and supported between the center of the fitting surface and an engaging part of a temporary tacking implement.
SOLUTION: A temporary tacking implement 2 is inserted beforehand into a thin tube 10 and a spiral wire 11 is fixed to a spiral wire retainer 5 at the center of a fitting surface 4A of a disposition plate 4, in the direction of an engaging part 21 of the temporary tacking implement 2. Next, the fore end parts of thin wires 12 are drawn out to the fore end part of the spiral wire 11 from bobbins 41 on the disposition plate 4 side respectively, soldered together and engaged with the engaging part 21. Then, the thin tube 10 is shifted leftward from the position of the temporary tacking implement 2, and when the spiral wire 11 is inserted thereinto completely, the thin wires 12 being out of the opposite sides of the thin tube 10 are cut off. By this method, the thin wires can be inserted into the thin tube speedily, in an equiangular state, by a relatively simple operation.
