PURPOSE: To prevent the twist of a shape steel pile, increase the end bearing capacity of the pile, and prevent the settlement of the pile when using a rotary erecting device as a shape steel pile erecting means used for earth retention or a scaffold.

CONSTITUTION: An erecting device for a shape steel pile is mainly constituted of a shape steel pile provided with an auger screw 4 on a shape steel and an outer steel pipe outwardly coupled with the pile and rotated to give the excavating force. The shape steel pile is integrally formed with the shaft 5 of the auger screw and the web of the shape steel, a tip support plate/rotary stabilizer inscribed on the outer steel pipe is fixed to the tip of the shape steel, and a rotating force receiver hooked on the outer steel pipe is provided. The outer steel pipe can be rotated by a motor suspended by the crane of a working vehicle at the upper section, it is hooked on the rotating force receiver at the lower section, the rotating force of the outer steel pipe is transferred to the auger screw 4 for a rotating excavation, and the rotating diameter of the auger screw 4 is made larger than the rotating diameter of the outer steel pipe.
