An error event obtaining part 11 obtains an error event outputted from software or the like. A speaking operation scenario retrieving part 12 retrieves an error event/speaking operation scenario corresponding chart 121 according to identification information corresponding to the obtained error event, and retrieves a scenario corresponding to the error event from a speaking operation scenario database 122, and applies it to a speaking operation scenario reproducing part 13. The speaking operation scenario reproducing part 13 outputs a signal corresponding to each process described in the scenario. In each process, a voice signal corresponding to the identification information of speaking in the description of the process is outputted to a voice outputting device 3, and a series of picture data for executing the operation of the process are read from a picture file data base 131, and a picture signal to be generated from the series of picture data is outputted to a display device 2.
