This device is provided with portable terminal equipment 2 for selecting and inputting product specification information, a server 5 for preparing an estimate original based on the product specification information and estimate classification information, and a computer 7 for preparing an estimate sheet based on the estimate original on behalf of sales section. The portable terminal equipment 2 and the computer 7 are respectively provided with monitors 2A and 7A capable of displaying a hierarchical structure in which the product specification information is divided into categories. Thus, it is possible for an operator to select and input the product specification matched with the request of a customer by the portable terminal equipment 2, and to select the proper estimate sheet and prepare the estimate original by the server 5, and it is possible for a person in charge who operates the computer 7 to prepare the estimate sheet based on the estimate original.
