Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material sheet which is small in remaining strain, and allows a solar cell module to be manufactured at a high yield.SOLUTION: An ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer composition for a solar cell sealing material sheet comprises 25-33 mass% of vinyl acetate units. If the storage elastic modulus with a strain rate of 0.1 sat a temperature T is represented by E'(T)[unit: Pa], and the storage elastic modulus with a strain rate of 1.0 sat the temperature T is represented by E'(T)[unit: Pa], the temperature T satisfies the following expressions (1) and (2) in a range of 90-110°C: 1.05×10≤E'(T)≤1.25×10(1); and 3.5×10≤E'(T)≤4.0×10(2). In the expressions, "a" and "b" are expressed as follows: a={-6.31×(T-110)}/{312.58+(T-110)}; and b={-6.78×(T-110)}/{353.88+(T-110)}.
